The Flowers of Translation is a collection of prose essays by Professor Riccardo Moratto of the Graduate Institute of Interpretation and Translation at Shanghai International Studies University.
Professor Moratto is an Italian who began studying Chinese during his university years and later pursued a Ph.D. in Translation Studies in Taiwan. He is a seasoned and experienced translator, with extensive experience in both oral and written translation, and has translated multiple Chinese literary works into Italian.
